The Caustic Ichor is a material. The game states that "Injesting it isn't necessarily lethal. The hole it would burn through you might be, though."

Description: Periodically marks a nearby enemy, increasing the damage you deal to it.

Marked enemies emit green ichor particles, as if they were hit with a Caustic Ichor spell.

The reselection timer is always 3 seconds regardless of material count and grade. Sundial spells can reduce the reselection timer, but two enemies will never be marked at the same time.

  • The first Caustic Ichor slotted will grant an additional +25% of Damage Increase.

Description: On hit, enemies take increased damage from the next spell.

Despite the material's description, enemies will take increased damage from the next source of damage regardless if it was caused by a spell, wand or robe's effects.

Enemies hit are afflicted with the Vulnerable status effect, which expires after 5 seconds, regardless of material count and grade. The status effect also expires when the enemy takes any damage, which causes this material to not stack well with damage over time effects from materials such as Fire Crystal, Miniature Sun, Noxious Spore and several others.

Hitting an enemy with a Caustic Ichor spell while it is already Vulnerable will not re-apply the status effect - the enemy must be hit again after that to re-apply the vulnerability.

Due to a bug, the damage increase value in UIs may appear to be 1% more than the actual value.

  • The first Caustic Ichor slotted will grant an additional +10% of Damage Increase. Spellpower does not affect this bonus.
