Status Effect

Status Effects are conditions afflicted by entities to another entity. Any entity can be afflicted with status effects and such afflictions may be positive or negative. All status effects expire over time, except for the Beginner's Luck and the Curse status effects.

All status effects currently afflicted on an entity can be viewed as an icon underneath their health bar. For the player, the icons appear above the player's health bar and can be hovered over to view the effect's name and description.

Mana Cost Reduction Mana cost reduce.png Reduces mana cost by 1% per stack Rune robes The status effect does reduce the health cost of Soul Contract spells, but does not reduce the mana shield cost of Philospher Stone robes.
Spell Boost Spell enrage.png Target's next spell deals 50% more damage per stack Repulsor Energy robes The status effect's description is very misleading - the target's next spell only deals 1% more damage and has 1% more spellpower per stack.
Stealthed Stealth.png Target cannot be detected Shade Spirit robes The entity can still take damage from projectiles, contact damage and many other sources.
Super Jump Bounce.png Your next jump is super high. Broken by movement or damage. Jharni's Socks of Jumping Duration of status effect is reduced by 1 second for each tenth of a magicmeter walked, and immediately expires upon taking any damage.
Time Freeze Time slow.png Target has briefly slowed time Sundial robes All game entities slow down to 5% of the normal rate, including UI animations. The player is not affected.
